Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt, then shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped from Saturday through Sunday, or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

NOTE: Some products designed by The Wicked Press LLC are made to order, printed, and shipped by a trusted printing company, rather than being shipped directly from The Wicked Press LLC. This applies to items such as mugs, glasses, apparel, coasters, tote bags, and other items as applicable. Processing time may be an additional 5-7 days depending on the printer. Each relevant product listing includes a note regarding this arrangement. If the listing does not specify this detail, the item is shipped directly by The Wicked Press LLC. Expected shipment and delivery date estimates are given at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Coffee and Tea Shipping:

All orders are roast-to-order and hand packed. Our roasters, Temecula Coffee Roasters, value comes from being able to provide the freshest coffee available. The coffee is shipped the same day it is roasted on whole bean coffee, and shipped the day after roasting on ground coffee.

Because of this, it may take up to 5 processing business days then the coffee orders may take 1-5 business days before our roasters are ready to ship them. Once shipped, it can take an additional 1-5 business days depending on the customer location via standard ground shipping by USPS. All orders come with tracking information that we update your order with, which will trigger an automatic notification to you.

New Books Shipping:

The Wicked Press used BooksCloud for processing and shipping new condition books when ordered on our website.

It costs $7 flat rate to ship an order no matter how many new books ordered. All orders ship via USPS. All addresses must be USPS approved addresses.

Many books ship within 2 days of going to fulfillment. Please keep in mind that orders wait for fulfillment for 24 hours.

Some books are printed on demand. Printing and shipping can take a minimum of 4 days. During peak times and unseasonable weather it can take up to 12 days to ship, but this is rare. Once orders are submitted they cannot be cancelled despite the delay in printing them. It is hard to know what books are printed on demand because even the largest publishers switch to print their most popular books on demand if their on-hand stock runs low. 

BooksCloud books are shipped on demand. Some books are produced only once ordered. Returns and exchanges are not supported if the wrong book is ordered, shipped to the wrong address, or simply changed mind on the order. 

However, in case of a damaged book or a manufacturing error, BooksCloud offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 7 days of product delivery. If there’s an issue affecting multiple of the same products, an additional photo of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The Wicked Press LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages

The Wicked Press LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please file a claim with the shipment carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

The Wicked Press LLC will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside the continental US.
